BREAKING: More guilty pleas in Partamian case

On Tuesday, PIGS members Alex Stucki and Devon McClain pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide, a Class E felony. Both had interacted with then-sophomore Arman Partamian in the hours leading up to his death from alcohol intoxication on March 1, 2009.

Stucki additionally pleaded guilty to a charge of tampering with physical evidence for removing a PIGS jersey from Partamian's body prior to the arrival of police. Stucki was sentenced to four months of weekends in jail, 500 hours of community service and five years of probation.

McClain was sentenced to four months of weekends in jail, 250 hours of community service, and five years probation. Each paid $400 in court fees.

Both McClain and Stucki still face civil litigation from Hagop Partamian, Arman's father. Partamian is suing for $2.5 million from McClain, Stucki, four other PIGS members and the landlords of the property at which Arman died.
