Here are the ingredients you will need:
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/4 cups of evaporated milk or half-and-half
2 eggs, beaten
1 PillsburyTM Pet-Ritz frozen deep-dish pie crust
A few easy steps:
Before you do anything, heat the oven to 425°F.
Then, in a large bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
Continue to bake 40 to 50 minutes longer, or until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool the pie for two hours and then proceed to either serve it or refrigerate it.
