At the heart of every show, there is an essential plot-driving conflict: Will Jack and the others ever make it off the island in “Lost?” Can Leonard and Penny of “The Big Bang Theory” stay together? Will “Glee’s” New Directions win another Nationals?

Combining various styles of dance into an interesting and well-produced dance showcase is a difficult feat that the students in Orchesis Dance Club expertly pulled off Sunday Nov. 4 in Wadsworth Auditorium.

Yogi, Pilates teacher, Thai masseur, and master Reiki healer Johnson Chong, a GENseng alumnus, visited campus to give four free workshops to promote Mind Body Awareness. Presented by GENseng, Cothurnus and Musical Theater Club, the workshops gave Geneseo students a unique perspective from a man with a plethora of experience.

Each September brings an exciting time of fresh faces to see, lessons to be learned and new concepts to encounter. I’m referring, of course, to the start of the fall television season – you didn’t think I meant school, did you?
