The men's and women's track and field teams made the short trip up I-390 on Sunday to compete in the University of Rochester Alumni Invitational. The women's team continued their dominance in the distance events while both field teams maintained their impressive season.

Lacrosse star hopes to avoid injuries that limited her in 2007

The Geneseo Ice Knights traveled to Oswego and Cortland over the weekend, but returned with nothing to show for it. The Knights, however, can be proud of their efforts against the defending SUNYAC champions Oswego Lakers.

The men's and women's track and field teams competed in the St. Lawrence Open last Saturday and turned in many solid individual performances, indicating a promising season. Head Coach Dave Prevosti was particularly pleased with his team's performance in the 5000m.

The men's and women's basketball teams both made the long weekend trip to play Potsdam and Plattsburgh this weekend. The women used stellar defense to come away with two wins, while the men's team split their weekend games.
