The Womyn's Action Coalition will present, for the first time at Geneseo, A Memory, a Monologue, a Rant, and a Prayer.

Of the many exhibits that have passed through Geneseo 's Lockhart Gallery, located on Main Street, few could have been as succinctly and accurately described in a title as the one that opened last Wednesday: "More Than a Book."

Last Thursday in the Lockhart Gallery on Main Street, an exhibit opened by local Geneseo artist Eileen Feeney Bushnell, a professor in the College of Imaging Arts and Sciences at RIT.

This week will provide a new source of entertainment for the community of Geneseo. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Friday, Sept. 21, the streets of Geneseo will come alive with more than the usual drunken revelry.

Without knowing anything about the name or purpose of the new exhibit in the Kinetic Gallery, Paul Dodd's collection might at first look simply like a study in portraiture. With the sketchy, unfinished quality of the series, the paintings could be mistaken as an art student's homework.

The opening of the exhibit Art as Science on Nov. 7 in the Lockhart Gallery helped to celebrate one of Geneseo's most prominent academic and architectural achievements - the Integrated Science Center, which opened officially on Nov. 10.
