The Five Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of pure canned pumpkin
2. 4 eggs
3. 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
4. 1/4 cup of honey
5. 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
Now, do the following:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
2. Prepare an 8x8 (preferably). Coat the pan and its edges with either olive oil or butter.
3. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, cocoa powder and honey. Stir all of this together.
4. Mix and fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour this mixture into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. You should keep the brownies in the oven until the point where a knife comes out clean if you stick it in the center.
6. Let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting.
